FSCS protected badge
The FSCS badge can be used across a range of channels, including digital, advertising and disclosure.

Our free Funeral Plans Industry Toolkit has been designed for funeral plan providers and intermediaries.
FSCS publications
Outlook is our industry update, usually published each spring and autumn. It includes information about claims volume forecasts and the annual levy.
FSCS Budget Update is usually published each January.
In addition, we publish our Annual Report and Accounts once a year, in the summer.
Consumer research
We regularly commission exclusive consumer research to support our communications strategy.
Sharing the results of this research helps us identify gaps and opportunities and to work closely together with our stakeholders to provide essential, accurate information to consumers about the protection FSCS provides.
Single customer view
To make sure we can pay on time, deposit takers must provide a single customer view (SCV) file to FSCS within 24 hours.
The SCV file gives us the information we need to make sure customers get paid.
We've produced a series of videos to help deposit takers with their SCV submissions.
