Heritable: all claims processed

The FSCS has completed every claim for which we have received an application form, paying a total of £7.9m in compensation. This is on top of the £500m paid to transfer approximately 26,300 retail accounts to ING Direct at the beginning of the process. We are still waiting for 61 application forms from customers of the bank.
Anyone with a claim against Heritable Bank who has not yet returned their claim form should do so as soon as possible so that we can process their claim as it falls due. If you need any assistance please contact the FSCS on 020 7892 7300. Alternatively you can email the FSCS at email@example.com.
