Customers of Norton Insurance Services Limited (and its appointed representative, Norton Finance (UK) Limited) who lost money through their dealings with the firm are a step closer to receiving compensation from the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).
Norton Insurance Services Limited was put into administration on 7 February 2012, and FSCS has now declared the firm in default. This means it is satisfied the firm is unable to pay claims against it.
The main business of these firms was advising on and arranging payment protection insurance (PPI). Anyone who believes they may have a claim against the firms, particularly in relation to PPI, should contact the Scheme’s Initial Contact Team.
