Update for customers of MF Global

FSCS is currently working through claims from people with agreed balances and payments are being made.
Due to the complex nature of the business that MF Global undertook, FSCS had to investigate certain issues arising from the range of its activities to ensure claims could be paid in accordance with its rules. As a result, some customers’ claims have been delayed, but this work is now complete, and claims are now being paid.
FSCS encourages anyone who has an agreed balance from KPMG but has not yet returned their application form to do so.
