Fyshe Horton Finney Limited update

FSCS has been working closely with the Joint Special Administrators of Fyshe Horton Finney Limited (‘Fyshe’) since the firm was placed into Special Administration and has now completed the work required to begin the claims process.
In order to ensure all eligible clients receive compensation from FSCS as quickly as possible, claims will be processed as outlined below:

a. Clients holding one account, with an agreed total balance below £50,000


FSCS will shortly commence payment of compensation to eligible clients that have returned their signed Fyshe Claim Agreement Form to the Special Administrators. The compensation level will be the value of their total agreed balance, after deduction of fees for which they have received an invoice from Fyshe. You should have received a letter from Harrisons recently confirming this.
Completion of an FSCS application form will not be required.

b. Other identified clients

FSCS will shortly send application forms for compensation to these clients. The application form should be completed as fully as possible, detailing all accounts held with Fyshe and be returned along with supporting documentation, to the address stated on the application form or using the enclosed pre-paid envelope.

Clients who have not returned their Claim Agreement Form(s) to the Special Administrators are advised to do so without delay as FSCS will only use agreed balances to determine compensation amounts. 
FSCS will pay compensation to all eligible clients in UK Pounds Sterling, in the form of a separate cheque per account held.
