Claims Management Companies and Financial Services Complaints

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS), Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) have produced a joint note outlining the role of claims management companies (CMCs). The note is designed to assist consumers, financial businesses and CMCs to understand the role CMCs play in the complaints process.
