Certo Loss Adjusters have been appointed by the Administrators of Millburn Insurance Company Ltd to deal with indemnity claims (e.g. when a policyholder's property has been damaged by fire or a storm).

If you have received an FSCS application form from Certo Loss Adjusters about an indemnity claim and you want help with completing it, please telephone our Initial Contact Team on Freephone 0800 678 1100 or 020 7741 4100. You can also contact the team if you have completed an application to FSCS for an indemnity claim and you want to know if this has been received.
Return of premium claims
If you have received a Notice of Cancellation you should contact your broker to arrange suitable replacement insurance cover within the cancellation period provided in the Notice. If you have been paying your premium by monthly direct debit, you may still need to pay this. You should contact your broker or premium credit provider for more information. You may be eligible for compensation from FSCS for the part of your premium that you have paid which had not expired at the date of cancellation.
FSCS is currently developing a process to arrange for return of premium claims to be paid to policyholders. We will provide regular updates on our progress on our website.
You do not need to contact us to make a claim at this time. If you have received a Notice of Cancellation your details will be on record.
