FSCS lays out its Vision for a Confident Future

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme unveils its first five year vision today (21 January 2014). It is part of a drive by FSCS to boost consumer confidence while improving its services.
Entitled a Vision for a Confident Future, the vision puts people and the industry at the heart of FSCS’s bid to boost consumer confidence through its work.
Mark Neale, Chief Executive of FSCS, says “Our Vision for a Confident Future lays down our strategy for the next five years. It spells out clearly what we’re aiming to achieve….Our vision is one of a stronger, better compensation scheme for the millions of people who use financial services and for the industry and our people.”
