Update for customers of Millburn with return of premium claims

FSCS will soon commence payment of compensation to eligible clients of Millburn Insurance Company Ltd (Millburn).

FSCS has completed reviewing the data recently received from the administrators of Milburn, and it will send a cheque to clients of the firm identified by the administrators as having a claim in respect of an unexpired insurance premium. 

The amount of compensation is calculated at 90% of the unexpired premium in accordance with our Rules. For further information please refer to our Q&As at the link below.
