Update on Gable Insurance AG

22nd November 2016

The FSCS is stepping in to help customers of Gable Insurance AG. The company is now in default.

FSCS is working with the trustee in bankruptcy (Batliner Wanger Batliner Rechtsanwalte) on the best way to compensate people who have a claim.

Gable sold a variety of policies that may qualify for FSCS protection. They include motor insurance and general liability insurance.

Our Q&As provide more information on Gable. Details of FSCS protection, including its limits, can be found here.

We’ll publish more information on our claims process in due course. In the meantime, if anyone has a claim they should contact their broker or the trustee in bankruptcy – gable@bwb.li
