FSCS regularly monitors consumer perceptions, attitudes and behaviours towards financial products and services to better understand their impact on our work and the wider financial services industry. Sharing the results of our research enables us to identify gaps and opportunities, and work closely with our stakeholders to provide essential, accurate information about FSCS protection that can help reduce consumer harm.
