  • To accompany this booklet FSCS produces separate information sheets. These are sent to claimants along with an application form. The type of information sheet you receive will depend on the type of claim you have.

Our consumer publications are available in different languages, including: Bengali, Chinese, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Spanish, Turkish, Urdu, Vietnamese, and Welsh.

These publications can also be provided in braille, large print and/or on tape.
