FSCS has received claims in relation to Copia’s activities as ISA manager and its role in arranging customers’ investments. The investments include bonds in Satchi Holdings plc, Summit Resorts & Developments Ltd and Westway Holdings Ltd.
FSCS is engaging with third parties to establish the extent of Copia’s activities as ISA manager, whether the firm was involved in any regulated activity that FSCS can protect and whether such activities may give rise to protected claims under our rules.
