Industry Survey

About this research

As part of delivering our new five-year strategy, it is essential for us to ensure that we have a thorough and up-to-date understanding of our stakeholders’ views.

We have therefore commissioned Thinks Insight & Strategy, an independent research agency, to conduct an online survey to understand industry stakeholders' awareness and perceptions of FSCS.

This will help us deepen our understanding of what our stakeholder groups and levy payers think about the Scheme and how we approach and deliver our work.

Who is this survey for?

We are looking to hear from the people who are best placed to share their views on FSCS. This will typically include individuals in leadership teams or those working in corporate affairs, regulatory affairs, or risk and compliance.

Some organisations have been contacted directly as part of the research approach. We are also promoting the survey through trade associations and other stakeholder communications to ensure that anyone who is an appropriate representative of their organisation has the opportunity to take part.
