We are investigating Fox and Co Ltd regarding its involvement with the Equitable Law Capital Limited Legal Redress Scheme (the Scheme). In brief, the Scheme provided legal financing to help pursue claims for mis-selling of financial products.
We are working closely with third parties to gather information and documentation to investigate whether any customers who have submitted claims to us are eligible for compensation under our rules, as set for us by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
Until we have finished our investigation we cannot say whether we will be able to pay claims against Fox and Co Ltd in regard to the Scheme.
