Independently East Ltd (‘Independently East’) is an FCA regulated firm that was authorised to provide financial advice.
On 11 September 2023, Independently East Ltd entered compulsory liquidation following an application made by the FCA. The Official Receiver has been appointed as liquidator.

FSCS is open to customer claims against Independently East Ltd.
FSCS will be investigating the firm to see if any of the claims will meet the qualifying conditions for compensation. As part of this investigation, we will be working closely with the FCA and the Official Receiver.
If you already have a claim with the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), you don't need to take any action now. The FOS will be in touch shortly to tell you your next steps.
