Logic Investments Ltd (“Logic”) is a wealth management firm providing execution-only dealing and custody services. It has been regulated since October 2010.
On 16 January 2026 Logic was placed into Special Administration by the court following an application by its directors. Alex Watkins and Ed Boyle of Interpath have been appointed as Joint Special Administrators of Logic.

The Joint Special Administrators will carry out an initial assessment of the client money and custody assets held by Logic. Our priority is to determine whether it is possible for FSCS to meet the costs of transferring client money and assets to a new broker. If this is the case, it is likely that FSCS will pay these costs directly to the Joint Special Administrators for eligible customers. This will take some time and we will provide updates when we can.
FSCS is not open to customer claims. We are aware that some customers have made claims to Logic and the Financial Ombudsman Service. These customers may wish to make claims about matters other than the Special Administration.
At this stage we are prioritising matters concerning the Special Administration. We are investigating whether there are claims that may be eligible for compensation. We will make an announcement concerning other types of claim in due course.
Being alert to scams
Scammers may look to take advantage of the special administration of Logic to try and defraud customers.
All customers should remain alert to the possibility of fraud. If you are cold-called by someone claiming to be from Logic or Interpath, please end the call and contact Interpath on 0203 137 8585.
