London Court Ltd ("London Court") has been authorised by UK Regulators since June 1990. London Court provided bond administration and ISA/IFISA management services.

London Court entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 15 July 2024 with Rehan Ahmed and Jeremy Woodside of Quantuma Advisory Limited (Quantuma) appointed as Joint Liquidators.

    We’ve received reports of an email scam informing customers that they are entitled to compensation and advising them to get in touch to claim on the following phone number: 0330 133 6175.

    This is not FSCS’s official phone number and the email has not been sent by FSCS. Any updates about London Court Ltd will be published on this page.

    We've now finished our investigation into London Court Ltd (London Court).

    All the submitted claims against London Court will now be moved to our claims processing teams for assessment.

    We are still investigating the Firm to establish whether any customers who have submitted claims to us are eligible for compensation under our rules, as set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

    We recently received documentation from the Firm’s insolvency practitioner and are in the process of reviewing this.

    We will provide a further update on progress with our investigation as soon as possible.

    We are working closely with third parties to gather information and documentation. This is to investigate whether any customers who have submitted claims to us are eligible for compensation under our rules, as set for us by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

    We requested information from the Firm’s insolvency practitioner several months ago and we have been unable to progress our investigation until it is received. We've followed up our request and we anticipate that the information will be received at the end of February 2025.

    We will provide further updates on our investigation in due course.

    FSCS is now open to customer claims.

    Although we are accepting claims against London Court, they will not be immediately passed to our claims processing teams for assessment. This is because we will be investigating the firm to see if any claims meet the qualifying conditions for compensation, and this may take some time. We anticipate this will be a complex investigation and we anticipate working very closely with the Joint Liquidators.
