On 3 March 2022, the Court appointed David Philip Soden, Ian Colin Wormleighton and Stephen Browne of Teneo Financial Advisory Ltd, as Joint Special Administrators of Sova Capital Ltd, following an application by the Directors.

The Joint Special Administrators have also advised that customers should contact their normal Sova Capital contact for urgent queries. The Joint Special Administrators will be contacting all customers via their Sova Capital contact on 4 March 2022.
