We now accept claims against The Mortgage Matters Partnership

The Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) is no longer accepting claims against The Mortgage Matters Partnership (TMMP). FOS will transfer any existing customers’ claims against TMMP to us in the next few weeks and once we’ve received those customers’ documents, we’ll contact them. Any customers with new claims will also need to claim through us.
Background on TMMP
TMMP is a mortgage and insurance intermediary which stopped trading in 2015, although the Financial Conduct Authority still authorises it. Some of TMMP’s customers received mortgage advice which may have been unsuitable resulting in customer complaints.
What should customers do?
If you have a claim against TMMP and haven’t made one through FOS, you’ll need to make a claim using our online claims service.
