Indemnity and Return of Premium claims update for Millburn customers

FSCS is working towards being in a position to compensate Millburn policyholders.
Certo Loss Adjusters are continuing to deal with indemnity claims in relation to Millburn Insurance Company Ltd (e.g. when a policyholder's property has been damaged by fire or a storm). Policyholders who believe they have an indemnity claim and have not yet been in touch with Certo, should contact:

Return of premium claims:
FSCS is continuing to develop a process for paying return of premium claims to policyholders. As we said in our previous update, if you have received a Notice of Cancellation you should contact your broker to arrange suitable replacement insurance cover within the cancellation period provided in the Notice. If you have been paying your premium by monthly direct debit, you may still need to pay this. You should contact your broker or premium credit provider for more information.
You do not need to contact us to make a claim at this time. If you have received a Notice of Cancellation your details will be on record.
We will provide a further update when we have finalised the process for paying claims or when we have new information.
