LEBC Group Ltd (“LEBC Group”) is a financial advice firm which became authorised in its own right on 1 August 2017. On 9 August 2023 LEBC Group Ltd entered Administration. Daniel Conway and David Hudson of FRP Advisory Trading Ltd were appointed as Joint Administrators. 

LEBC Group Ltd is a company that advised some customers to transfer out of Defined Benefit Pension Schemes. 

By transferring to another pension arrangement, you may have lost the benefits already built up in your defined pension scheme. It may not have been realistic to achieve the same level of benefits from your new pension. Therefore, the advice you received may have not have been unsuitable for you. 

If you think this applies to you, or you feel  that you may have suffered a loss in any other way, you can make a claim for compensation via the FSCS website www.fscs.org.uk/making-a-claim/.
