Capita wins strategic sole partner contract
Following a competitive procurement process, FSCS is happy to announce that it has awarded its strategic sole partner contract to Capita to provide a claims handling service.
This contract, to start in July 2018, will consolidate all of FSCS’s claims handling and customer services for the next four-and-three-quarter years, with the possibility to extend for up to two extra years.
We have moved to a sole partner to consolidate our claims handing processes to provide a more joined-up experience for our customers. This also creates opportunities for us to improve our customers' experiences through digital development. This will increase value for money for our stakeholders.
