Q&As about Category 4 Claims

1. I have an investment in an 'Income Property Bond' (a category 4 product as per the Administrator's website). Can I make a claim to the FSCS?

The Administrators provided an update on their website on 27 August 2009 to say that no further interest will be paid out to holders in these bonds until further notice. The Administrators periodically issue updates on PwC’s website regarding these products.

The FSCS has considered whether these products may give rise to claims and is now inviting Keydata customers who invested in these products, and who believe they may have an eligible claim, to apply for compensation.
