FSCS has now completed its investigation into Sequence Financial Management Ltd. Claims previously submitted to us will now be moved over to our claims processing team. All claims will be considered on their own merits to determine whether they are eligible for compensation.

FSCS’s investigations into Sequence Financial Management Ltd are continuing. Right now, we are trying to understand if there are valid claims regarding customers who had received investment advice for their Self-administered Saving Scheme (SASS).

We're currently investigating the firm to understand if there are protected claims. We're aware that Sequence provided advice on different products. Our main focus is on the SASS element and understanding if this is a protected product. Currently, we're waiting for information from various 3rd parties before we can continue our investigation.
As soon as we have received and reviewed those documents we'll provide an update.
